What happens at the free check
Twenty to forty minutes for a single balcony. We measure, sound-test the timber with a probe, check fixings and note bird activity such as feathers, droppings and fresh bite marks.
Someone needs to let us onto the balcony. Many owners arrange access through the building manager or a neighbour instead — just tell us who to call on arrival.
Within three business days you receive a written report and an itemised fixed price, formatted so it can go straight to your strata manager or committee.
Yes, within our service area, with no obligation to proceed. The only paid version is a formal multi-balcony survey for a whole building, which is quoted up front and credited against the works if you engage us.
